"Sales experience was good. The post sales experience has been really bad. At sale, we were told 7-10 days for delivery. Nobody called, nobody got in touch with us and I've spent quite a bit of time trying to get in touch. Again, shed company has been pretty good, but now we're told it will be way more time before we get the shed delivered. We're now looking from 7-10 to 28 DAYS!!!! Do NOT GET IN A HURRY FOR THIS. If I knew it would be a month, I would've gone with different options. Ridiculous. EDIT: 14Sep2026. I'm changing the review on this one because the actual sales shop did call me and we talked it through. I was not able to find a communication path to the overall owner to discuss the issue from the delivery company. If I break out the service on the sales and installation, as well as the build quality, away from the scheduling aspect, then the higher stars are definitely warranted. The sales process and the installation process were top notch. Just the issue of when the actual delivery company takes over from the sales."
